টিকটক ভিডিয়োর চক্করে বরফ জলে ডুবে ‘মরতে বসেছিলেন’ যুবক!

ভিডিয়ো রেকর্ড করতে গিয়ে প্রাণটাই খোয়াতে যাচ্ছিলেন মার্কিন টিকটক স্টার। বরফের নীচে ডুব সাঁতার দিয়ে অ্যাডভেঞ্চার ভিডিয়ো রেকর্ড করতে গিয়েছিলেন জেসন ক্লার্ক। জলে নেমে বরফের তলায় এক সময় তিনি আর বেরিয়ে আসার পথ খুঁজে পাচ্ছিলেন না।

ইনস্টাগ্রামে ভিডিয়োটি ২৪ ফেব্রুয়ারি পোস্ট হয়েছে। সেখানে দেখা যাচ্ছে, বরফ জমা হ্রদে একটি ছোট গর্ত করেছেন। সেই গর্তে ঠান্ডা জলে দাঁড়িয়ে রয়েছেন। তাঁর কোনও সহযোগী ক্যামেরাবন্দি করেন সেই ঘটনা। ক্যামেরার ফ্রেমে জেসনের গোল্ডেন রিট্রিভারকেও দেখা যাচ্ছে।

হ্রদের জলে এবার ডুব দিয়েএবার সাঁতরে বেশ কিছুটা এগিয়ে যান। তারপর আবার ফিরে আসতে চান সেই গর্তের কাছে। কিন্তু কিছুটা দিক ভুল করে পাশের দিকে চলে যান। ফলে গর্তটি খুঁজে পাননি। এদিক ওদিক করে কোনও রকমে সেই গর্তের কাছে পৌঁছন। উঠেই হাঁপাতে থাকেন।

জেসন জানিয়েছেন, জলের তলায় তিনি দিক ভুল করেন, তার উপর কিছু দেখতেও পাচ্ছিলেন না। এমনিতেই জলে খালি চোখে সব কিছু ছাপসা দেখা। তার উপর জল এত ঠান্ডা ছিল জেসন জানিয়েছেন, তাঁর চোখ যেন জমে যাচ্ছিল। ফলে দিক ভুল করার আর দেখতে পাচ্ছিলেন না কোন দিকে যাবেন। এক সময় তিনি ভয় পেয়ে গিয়েছিলেন।

I have never been this close to dying. I didn’t think my eyeballs would freeze so quick. The surface of the water where the hole was didn’t look any different than the bottom of the ice. When I flipped around and felt solid ice I thought I was at the hole. When I wasn’t that’s when I decided to head back and follow the dust I kicked up. The dust I kicked up had drifted and led me further away. I then tried to break the ice with my back, you can see in the video. I don’t know what made me turn around one last time. I was so short on breath I couldn’t really see anymore. I had accepted that was it and I wasn’t going to make it. I swung my hand at what I though was just a lighter spot of ice and my hand came through. I then got a ton of energy to stand up. It took 2-3 breaths to regain my vision after resurfacing. She genuinely thought it was another one of my jokes and didn’t recognize the severity of the situation.

You have to try it twice! Added a little more safety. The exit hole is almost comically big.

Everyone is worried about @deeohhgeetodolist being cold on the ice and me being cruel. She loves the cold and me.
