Eligibility Criteria

    1. ABP Pvt. Ltd. will conduct the event on behalf of Trends.
    2. The contest is open to Indian Citizen, residing in India only. The paras & RWAs of West Bengal can only participate in the 5 days, 5 looks contest.
    3. Paras & RWAs that submit photographs for all 5 looks will earn additional points compared to those submitting lesser than 5 photographs.
    4. Proper documentation and evidence of relevant social initiatives taken will be duly credited.

Terms & Conditions

    1. Organizers: The "Trends - 5 Days, 5 Looks" Para/RWA Activation is a joint initiative by Reliance Trends and Anandabazar Patrika (ABP) & The Telegraph.
    2. Judgment Criteria: Entries will be judged on their style, fashion quotient and uniqueness in overall presentation.
    3. Authenticity: The Paras taking part in this event have to keep a mark of originality and reflect the same in their participation
    4. Photo submission criteria: If any photo is clicked in advance (before contest period), the Para/Puja/ RWA Committees can still submit/ upload those photographs as their day- wise looks for registration to the contest. Multiple entries will not be accepted for any particular day entry. Only the first submitted look for the particular day will be accepted.
    5. Content Ownership: Once an entry is submitted, the content and photographs of that entry become the exclusive property of Trends and ABP. They may be used for promotional purposes across any medium without any notice, permission or compensation to the participant.
    6. Program Termination: Trends and ABP reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the program at any time without prior notice.
    7. Disqualification Rights: Trends and ABP hold the right to disqualify or cancel the participation of any para or Puja committee & RWA at any time without providing any reason at any stage.
    8. Prize Collection: Winners must be present at the venue intimated by the organisers to claim their prize. They will have to come to collect their prizes. 
    9. No Assurance of Prize: Participation does not guarantee any prize, award, or selection in the final stages as determined by the organizers and the judges' panel.
    10. Terms Modification: The terms mentioned herein above are subject to change at any point of time without any prior notice. By participating in this contest, it is assumed that the ParticipantsO has read and consented to the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
    11. Restriction: Employees, Agents, promoters including immediate family members of any party involved in the event will not be eligible for participating in the event.
    12. Disclaimer:

      i) Organisers will not be responsible for any Entries submitted but not received due to any reason whatsoever

      ii) Organisers is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any damage, loss (direct or indirect), injury, emotional, mental trauma caused to the Participant(s) and /or any of its Officers in any manner whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever in connection to any aspect related to Contest.

    13. Tax Deduction: Prize money will be subject to TDS deductions as per government regulations (and if any other deduction).
    14. Jurisdiction: All disputes related to the contest will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata court.

      GRATIFICATION:

        1. The winning para, 1st runner up & 2nd runner up will receive a cheque of Rs. 1,00,000/-, Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 25,000/- respectively.
        2. Saj Parbon most active para winner is entitled to receive a cheque of Rs. 20,000/-.
        3. The 5 Days 5 Looks Sub category winners are entitled to receive a cheque of Rs. 20,000/- each.
        4. The winning RWA & 1st runner up will receive cheques of Rs 20,000/- & Rs 10,000/- respectively
