Terms & Conditions

1. Individuals residing in West Bengal can also participate in the 5 days, 5 looks contest till 12 th October 2024 midnight.

2. To participate in this contest, individuals have to WhatsApp the photos showcasing the theme of the day's look, along with their name and location at +91 9831403334. (Eg. Image1, Sasthi Look, Shreya Mukherjee, Asansol).

3. The Entries shall in the sole opinion of Trends and ABP or their representatives be creative and unique. The decision of the judges appointed by Trends and ABP shall be final and no further claim or communication thereof by the participant shall be entertained.

4. It is clarified that after an entry has been submitted, the content and photograph/s of such entry shall become the sole and exclusive property of Trends and ABP and can be used in promotions across any media for any purpose, without limitation, and without notice or consideration to the participant

5. Trends and ABP reserve the right to cancel / terminate / suspend the contest at any point of time without any prior notice

6. No cash payment will be made in lieu of gift vouchers/ prizes

7. Trends and ABP reserves the right to disqualify / cancel participation of any individual at any point of time at its sole discretion without citing any reason whatsoever

8. Participation in the contest does not by default assure the participant of a gift voucher

9. The terms mentioned herein above are subject to change at any point of time without any prior notice. By participating in this contest, it is assumed that the Participant has read and consented to the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same

10. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Court of Kolkata
